Tagliatelle and Fettucine are actually vary similar they are generally 1cm long flat ribbons of pasta. The close cousin of Tagliatelle is Tagliolini which is long and cylindrical in shape. The word taglioliare means "to cut" Tagliatelle is traditionally eaten with meat ragu.
Bavette is a thinner version of Tagliatelle and Bavettine is even thinner.
