Excuses, excuses lol!

I have a whole lot of recipes I would like to get onto my blog, but always seem to get held up with not having the photos to back it up. For instance today I made the chicken with tomato and honey but with hungry mouths to feed I completely forgot to take a photo with my concern being just getting it out on time.  But I thought bugger it I will just write the recipe up and photos will have to follow, anyway since cooking is an art every ones meals always look different.  But I have to say I am always stoked if the my meal and the photo in the magazine or cook book look similar. :)
