Awesome Sun Shades, great for that guest beach picnic

I came across these sun shades in a magazine, they look really cool.  Great for guests on the beach for extra shelter, great for a guest picnic lunch.  I am not to sure how they would hold up in a breeze, put around the Caribbean they would be great. I put the pictures up just to show you how awesome they look, I am definitely going to get one!
I have used the plastic milk bottles filled with water as weights for tents before, I guess buckets filled with sand and water could work as well.
