Three books rolled into one,'Simple Cafe Food' 'More Simple Cafe Food' and 'Simple Deli Food' an awesome collection of recipes.
The recipes that I have tried from this book have all turned out well. The Roasted Pumpkin and Chickpea Salad with Sundried Tomato Dressing is nice and great for when provisions are low. The Layered Gorgonzola and Spinach Polenta Cake makes a wonderful lunch with a fresh mixed leaf and herb salad served with home-made Tomato and Balsamic Relish . For sweet treats the Turkish Velvet Biscuits are a delightful spiced coffee biscuit, yum!
Simple to follow, a great book for creations of lunches, dips, spread, nibbles, salads and dressing plus baking. A nice book to browse through with the great photography.
