Chit Chat on Healthy Eating

The soup recipe Spiced Lentil and Tomato Soup is great to have in the fridge if trying to follow a Cholestrol reducing diet or simply trying to eat healthy.  With my new regime to help reduce my cholestrol, with having the soup there I can grab a healthy lunch, snack, entree for dinner or actual dinner if teamed with wholemeal bread.  Then I don't feel inclined to go for sometime unhealthy when starving because I have been to busy to eat and its now 3 o'clock and I have had no lunch.

I think this is the plan for healthy eating, to have healthy tastie eats on hand, soup, wholemeal grain bread, stewed apple with light crumble, hummus and wholemeal crackers etc.

I will see if the plan works!!
