LSA

LSA is linseed, sunflower and almonds that's been ground to a very fine breadcrumb consistency.
Linseed is a great source of essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6 and 9) as well as fibre.
Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, magnesium and trytophan.
Almonds are a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals which include B6, Vitamin E and magnesium.
Therefore LSA is very beneficial to a healthy eating plan.  Mix into muesli once cooked or raw muesli, sprinkle on cereal, ice cream, yoghurt or blend into smoothies or shakes.
If adding LSA into cooking such as breads, muffins or cakes the omega benefits will be destroyed but still an excellent source of fibre.
