Honey Soy seared chicken strips

The skies are blue and the sun in pounding down, so tonight I think we need something with an Asian feel to go with the hot day that has just been. As well as I can't be bothered doing anything to complex and spending hours preparing in a hot kitchen.

  This recipe needs a little thinking ahead with the chicken strips being marinated 2 or more hours ahead of time in a lemon, soy, and honey marinade with a scattering of sesame seeds.  Simple but full of flavour this meal is nice and light, accompanied with steamed rice.  Good for crew, guests, lunch, dinner, entree, the chicken can be made into finger food if placed on a skewer, and great for the barbecue. Anyway I am off to marinate the chicken.
