The recipes have a simple no nonsense approach and are quick and simple to produce. The recipes are intermingled with a variety of informative chatty articles, such as buying poultry and choosing the right cut. The mixed vegetable Korma is especially yummy and great served with simple steamed basmatic rice and garlic naan. The greatest thing is all the recipes can be produced in 30 minutes, great for the busy chef.
