Roquefort pate chit chat

The recipe Roquefort Pecan Pate, is quick, easy, simple which is what Roquefort requires.  This can be served as an entree, where I would consider a palette cleanser such as a melon sorbet before the continuing course.  Serve as a final course with fresh figs, and a glass of muscat.  The pate can be served as part as a cheese board with drinks.
