New Recipe Conversion

Sitting here exhausted after a hectic day at work, it is nice to sit, have the silence and calm to think. On yachts, this time if often consumed by what is next on the menu, researching new ideas, exploring what does that weird new fashionable diet consist of?. And oh crap two guests next charter are lactose intolerant, gluten free and vegan lol! or so they say until egg Benedict is served up for breakfast and suddenly they request they have the same as the other guests. 

One thing about making a new recipe on a boat is that when the ingredients come in grams or oz that the scales don't really work on a boat because of the rocking.  Unless held up in port, this conversion table is extremely useful especially at sea.
